Why is there an additional charge on my credit card after checking in to my room?

An authorization of $100.00 per day, in addition to room and tax, will be taken to cover nightly incidental charges. Note: If you are using a debit card, this fee will show as a charge until after checkout once the actualized amount is processed through your bank. This could take up to 3 days to clear the following checkout.

Are pets allowed at the Hotel?

The Hotel offers accommodations for pets with a $75 per stay fee plus tax (includes two pets).

How much does it cost to park at the Hotel?

Overnight valet parking is $48 plus tax and includes in-and-out privileges and 24-hour secured parking. The Hotel does not offer self-parking.

Who can I contact about planning a meeting, group, or wedding at the Hotel?

May I make a reservation via email?

Not by email, but you can book online, or by calling toll-free 1-888-336-3745. Credit card information is required to confirm a reservation.

Is there transportation to other parts of LA for dining and shopping?

Absolutely. Public transportation is available to various locations throughout Los Angeles. Taxis and town car services are also available. The Hotel’s guest services team will be more than happy to discuss the most convenient options with you.

Does the Hotel have guest laundry?

The Hotel has coin-operated laundry facilities open from 7 am – 10 pm.

Does the Hotel provide transportation to and from the airport?

We do not provide transportation to or from the airport, but there are several options for ground transportation including public taxis and www.supershuttle.com or www.primetimeshuttle.com. Our guest services team is happy to arrange formal transportation as needed.

Do all the guest rooms have bathtubs?

Our Superior, Deluxe and Executive Suite guest rooms feature luxurious rain shower heads, however no bathtubs. The Hotel’s two exclusive Platinum Suites do feature spa-style bathrooms complete with a soaking tub

Will the Hotel receive and hold packages for guests?

We are happy to receive single packages for individual guests at no charge. For inquiries about bulk shipments or materials for groups or special events please contact the Hotel.

When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is 3 pm. Check-out time is 12 pm.

Is there a fitness center?

A state of the art, 1100 sq. ft. fitness center is located on the 2nd floor and includes a Yoga studio.

Does your hotel have a pool?

We do not have a pool on-site, however, we offer access to Gold’s Gym where there are pool facilities for your fitness needs.

Does your hotel have a business center?

We do not have a formal business center, however, our guest services team is happy to assist with printing, mailing and with access to our wireless service.

Is smoking allowed in rooms?

Smoking is not allowed in rooms, and a smoking fee of $350 will be charged.

Do you charge a destination fee?

A daily destination fee of $25 will be automatically charged to your guest room and includes: complimentary Wi-Fi, 2 complimentary bottles of water upon arrival, complimentary access to Gold’s Gym DTLA, complimentary access to hotel bicycle rentals, unlimited local and domestic phone calls, complimentary in room coffee, and complimentary slippers upon request.
